Our Story
​I started Northbolt to support founders the way I wish I’d been supported—by someone who’s actually been in their shoes. During my time inside startups and unicorn companies like Payoneer and Fiverr, I had to learn fast and solve complex problems on the go—whether it was payments infrastructure, compliance, or implementing internal processes around fast-moving products. That taught me how startups really work: fast-paced, under-resourced, and full of constant learning curves. Northbolt is built on that same mindset. I offer hands-on, practical support—not slide decks or vague advice. I work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders to put the right systems and structure in place so they can scale with confidence and be ready for investors. No fluff, no judgment—just the help you need, when you need it.
